1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Code Class, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Code Class operates on a subscription model (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe billing portal. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use

Code Class is designed for educators to generate quizzes and track student performance. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt the servers, or reverse-engineer the quiz generation software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure all maths questions map to the Junior Cycle specification accurately, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Code Class be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
